Sports apparel company Nike is helping Chinese consumers up their recycling game with its “Recycle-A-Shoe” mini-program unveiled last week on Ant Group’s mobile payment platform Alipay.
Shoppers can return their old Nike sneakers in person at the brand’s flagship store in Shanghai or arrange an at-home pick-up with Alibaba Group’s logistics service Cainiao Network.
