Impact Security, LLC. based in Marietta, Ga., announced today that it has acquired MTI Shield, LLC. of Glendale, Arizona, in an all-stock deal. Additional financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Impact Security is a manufacturer of specialty security glass and glazing systems, sold under the DefenseLite® and BulletShield™ tradenames. MTI Shield is a manufacturing company specializing in custom engineered glass and glazing systems. MTI Shield had been a licensed fabricator for Impact Security since 2019, serving the western half of the United States.
